The Difference

Lisa & Nikki worked together at the Halifax for over 20 years. They were invaluable members of successful teams that were recognized for their success on many occasions. Nikki was filmed during her working day at the Halifax and featured in a corporate promotional DVD. Collectively they have over 4 decades of financial advising experience, so their knowledge is very difficult to match.

Lisa spent 20 years as a proud advocate of the Halifax but a whole of market approach opened her eyes to the bigger picture. She entered the world of IFA seven years ago and felt empowered by the wider scope of provision that a whole of market provider could offer.

Nikki continued to be a loyal employee of the Halifax, however, in March 2013, along with many other financial institutions, the company announced it was no longer going to offer financial advice to its customers unless they met a new high net worth criteria.

Lisa & Nikki kept in touch and on one of their infamous dog walks in Itchen Valley Country Park, the idea of Campbell & Raffle IFA Ltd was born.

And so began their journey.....It has always be a dream of theirs that the world of financial advice should not be filled with complicated confusing jargon, but should be accessible and understood by all, spoken and written in plain English.

Whilst professionalism ranks highly in their vision, they feel it is of equal importance that they break the mould of the stereotypical pin-striped suited IFA.

Both Lisa & Nikki are proud in what they do both as professional Independent Financial Advisers and as busy mums. This is what makes them personable, approachable, and conscientious, and enables them to empathise with the happy chaos that today’s modern living brings.

The relationships they have with their clients are not seen as a transactional, but instead long term and nurtured over time. Many clients have introduced subsequent generations to Campbell & Raffle, coming to view them as ‘the family’s’ IFA.

They have clients all over the UK and internationally, and with today's modern technology, there are less communication barriers, ensuring that long distance relationships are very successfully maintained.
